Step inside this charming rustic-style villa, spread across two floors and equipped with air conditioning throughout. On the ground floor, you'll find the welcoming communal areas, including a cosy living room with two comfortable sofas and a TV—perfect for relaxing together after a day of exploring. The dining area features a spacious table where everyone can gather to enjoy meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker. This level also offers a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower), along with a separate guest toilet. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and private en suite bathroom (shower), and another with two single beds and en suite bathroom (shower). For families with young children, a baby cot and high chair are available on request to ensure a comfortable stay.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
