General

The holiday home for 6 persons has five bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two heaters. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a garden and a barbecue and there are three air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with five toilets, a bidet, five washbasins and five showers.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a stove, a coffee maker and a microwave.

The impressive watersalt pool, located about 75 meters from the house and boasting generous dimensions (12m x 6m and a depth of 1.20 to 2.50 meters), invites you to take a refreshing swim with panoramic views of the mountains. Additionally, an outdoor shower offers the opportunity to cool off after a day of exploration. The barbecue allows you to prepare delicious outdoor meals, while the loungers and umbrellas offer comfortable spots for sunbathing and relaxing. Privacy is absolute in this space surrounded by fruit trees and fenced.

The villa's welcoming interior offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor, the cosy living room is a lovely place to unwind, with central heating, air conditioning and satellite TV. The open-plan dining area is perfect for gathering around the table and enjoying meals together, while the fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic hob and everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes. Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with twin beds. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning, heating and wardrobes to ensure a pleasant stay throughout the year. A cot is also available for younger guests. The villa has five bathrooms with showers, including two en-suite bathrooms and a convenient outdoor bathroom beside the swimming pool. A separate utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board provides added convenience during your stay.

Esporles, nestled in the Tramuntana Mountains of Mallorca, is a charming destination with much to offer. Cycling and hiking enthusiasts will find here the perfect starting point to explore the mountains. Enjoy nature with walks along local trails, such as the route to Finca de Son Mas or the visit to the impressive La Granja estate. The nearest beach, Cala Banyalbufar, is a pebble cove with crystal-clear waters that, while not in Esporles, is a nearby visit worth it for its natural beauty and tranquillity. In Esporles, you can explore the charming historic centre, visit the parish church, and the ethnological museum. Additionally, indulge in local delights at its restaurants and wineries. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
