This charming house for 2 guests, featuring a shared pool, is nestled in a serene, nature-filled setting within a traditional Mallorcan estate in Costitx. The lush and meticulously maintained garden invites strolls through its scenic corners and leads, after 28 meters, to the exceptional shared chlorine pool. The pool measures 12 x 4 meters with a depth ranging from 1.30 to 1.60 meters. Surrounding the pool are several sun loungers and straw sunshades, creating a tranquil retreat. A picturesque path through the lawn leads to the house, where you’ll find a private terrace ideal for enjoying breakfast, dinners, or meals prepared on the barbecue.

The house is a charming 50 m² two-story apartment. On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan living area that combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen. You can relax on the sofa while watching satellite TV, listen to music on the CD player, or cozy up by the wood stove on cooler days. The compact yet functional kitchen is equipped with a gas hob. The bedroom, located upstairs, features a double bed, a wardrobe, and an en-suite shower bathroom. A shared laundry facility is situated in a separate building, just 20 meters from the apartment.

This fully ecological property, equipped with solar panels, is part of the Agroturismo Finca Can Pina, where several houses are thoughtfully spaced apart. It serves as an ideal base for sports enthusiasts, thanks to the nearby paved paths. Its central location allows easy access to various points on the island in a short amount of time. You can enjoy local cuisine at the numerous bars and restaurants in the surrounding villages, as well as explore traditional wine cellars. We also recommend visiting the weekly street markets in Costitx, Sineu, Sencelles, Inca, Petra, Consell, and Santa María. The nearest northern beaches, such as Puerto de Alcúdia, Son Serra de Marina, and Can Picafort, are approximately a 20-minute drive away.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
