Set within the stunning and rustic traditional Mallorcan property of Costitx, this beautifully restored house welcomes 2 guests and offers access to a shared pool. Agroturismo Finca Can Pina is an impressive ecological and sustainable estate featuring several separate houses. Surrounded by lush gardens, the shared pool measures 12 x 4 meters with a depth ranging from 1.30 to 1.60 meters. Guests can enjoy up to 8 sun loungers and several sunshades for relaxing or reading in tranquility. A well-maintained "marés" stone pathway leads to the house, which boasts a private terrace ideal for outdoor barbecues.

This 50 m² house is designed over two floors in a modern style that promotes relaxation. The upper floor features a double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom. On the main floor, you'll find a comfortable living room with a large sofa and wood stove, open to the dining area and kitchen, which is equipped with a gas stove. The open layout allows you to cook while enjoying satellite TV or listening to music on the CD player. The house is equipped with central heating, making it suitable for year-round stays. A shared laundry facility is located in a separate building just a few meters away. For families traveling with a baby, we can provide a crib and highchair.

This fully ecological property, equipped with solar panels, is part of the Agroturismo Finca Can Pina, where several houses are thoughtfully spaced apart. It serves as an ideal base for sports enthusiasts, thanks to the nearby paved paths. Its central location allows easy access to various points on the island in a short amount of time. You can enjoy local cuisine at the numerous bars and restaurants in the surrounding villages, as well as explore traditional wine cellars. We also recommend visiting the weekly street markets in Costitx, Sineu, Sencelles, Inca, Petra, Consell, and Santa María. The nearest northern beaches, such as Puerto de Alcúdia, Son Serra de Marina, and Can Picafort, are approximately a 20-minute drive away.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
