Cozy bedsitter house for 2 people, nestled in nature with access to a shared pool on a Majorcan estate in Costitx. The shared pool is located 90 meters from the house and measures 12 x 4 meters with a depth of 1.6 meters. Around the pool, you can soak up the summer sun on one of the sunbeds or relax under a parasol with a good book. The beautifully maintained gardens surrounding the property lead to the house’s terrace, where you'll find comfortable sunbeds for private sunbathing and a dining table for 4. This is an ideal spot for enjoying meals and outdoor barbecues, with a dedicated barbecue area on the house’s other terrace. The property offers additional charming corners where you can immerse yourself in nature and the summer weather. The estate is fenced, with nearby neighbors, offering partial privacy.

The house is a 45 m2 bedsitter on a single floor. It has a traditional style with all modern comforts. The space is shared by the dining room the kitchen and the bedroom, with a little wall which spares the last one. In the dining area, you find a table for 2 people just by the kitchen with a gas hob and the basic equipment for your stay. The TV set includes satellite channels. The bedroom comes with two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom. The house does not have a washing machine but the finca counts with laundry service (with an extra cost). The house counts with central heating for the winter season.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
