The shared chlorine pool is just 20 meters from the house, measuring 12 x 4 meters with a depth of 1.6 meters. Surrounding the pool, you can soak up the summer sun on one of the sunbeds or relax under a parasol with a good book. The well-maintained gardens lead to the house’s terrace, where a dining table for 4 sits beneath an arbor, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals or a delicious barbecue while taking in the beautiful garden views. On the other side of the house, you'll find another garden area ideal for breakfast or evening drinks at sunset. The finca is fenced, with neighboring houses nearby, providing partial privacy.

The 110 m² house is spread over two floors, blending traditional architecture with modern comforts. Upon entering, you'll find the living room, equipped with a satellite TV and a wood stove for the colder days. This room also provides access to the house's terraces. Next is the kitchen, which features a gas hob and essential cooking equipment for your vacation needs. The kitchen connects the living room to the dining room, which seats six people and has exits to both terraces.

The bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first bedroom has two single beds, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a closet. An additional shower bathroom is also on this floor, serving the rest of the house. For your convenience, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and central heating for the winter season are provided.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
