The distribution of the house is as follows: entering on the right hand side we find the kitchen-dining room, large and spacious with a lot of light and well equipped. Leaving the kitchen on the left hand side, there is the living room with the television and enough space to spend a pleasant evening. The central corridor gives access to the 4 bedrooms, 3 of them are doubles with single beds and the last one is the master bedroom. As for the bathrooms, one of them has a shower and the other one is en-suite and belongs to the master bedroom. And finally, going up the staircase, we go to the first floor where we find a relaxation room with access to an outdoor terrace from where we can see the swimming pool and the garden.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
