Both rooms include wardrobes and fans to ensure a pleasant night's sleep.There are also two full bathrooms with showers, offering extra comfort and privacy for everyone.Families are welcome: a baby cot and high chair are available upon request. For added convenience, the house also includes a washing machine for your use during your stay.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
