The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with eight single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two heaters. In addition there is an elevator and a swimming pool and there are two air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two washbasins and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, an oven, a stovetop (electric), a dishwasher, a stove and two microwaves.

Magnificent accommodation located in the quiet area of Canyamel, a few metres from the sea, where you can enjoy a pleasant, quiet area with a beautiful sandy beach.

The accommodation has a large shared swimming pool, which has a small area for children and a large expanse of lawn and garden.

It has two double bedrooms with wardrobes and two complete en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. There is a living-dining room with table and chairs for the capacity of the accommodation, comfortable sofa and armchairs, fireplace and satellite TV. From the living room there is access to the furnished balcony with table and chairs.

The area of Canyamel is a beautiful residential area in the east of Mallorca with one of the best beaches in the area. In the area you can find everything you need in relation to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Nearby you have up to three golf courses at your disposal, as well as the famous Artá Caves and the beautiful tower of Canyamel. In addition, just a few minutes away you will find a great variety of beaches and coves, many of them virgin, such as Cala Torta, Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida, Cala Millor...etc. In addition, just a few kilometres from Canyamel you will discover the picturesque villages of Artà, Son Servera and Capdepera.
Undoubtedly, it is a perfect place to enjoy with your family, friends or as a couple.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
