Three-room house of approx. 120 m² on two floors, with a plot of approx. 200 m². Ground floor: bright living room with satellite TV and access to the terrace, open plan dining room, separate fitted kitchen with access to the terrace and a guest toilet. Outside: furnished and covered terrace with awning, triangular swimming pool (10x4 m) (depth 1.60 m) fenced, ideal for families with small children (child safety at the pool), 4 sun loungers, portable barbecue and outdoor shower. First floor: 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and air conditioning, 1 bedroom with two single beds (2 beds of 90 cm each) and furnished terrace, 1 bedroom with a double bed (135 cm wide) and air conditioning, and a terrace with panoramic views.

Reservations are not accepted for groups under 25 years of age. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate departure from the house without refund.

The house is located in a very quiet residential area, so noise, parties and loud music are forbidden after 22:00.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
