The holiday home for 21 persons has ten bathrooms and 11 bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, 18 single beds, four single sofa beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, five televisions, a fireplace and two heathers. In addition there is an air conditioner, a swimming pool and a garden. The badroom is equipped with ten toilets, a bidet, a bath with shower, ten washbasins and nine showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, six fridge-freezers and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with three coffee makers, four dishwashers, a microwave, four ovens and four stoves.

This 200 hectare estate dating back to the 13th century is located in the Natural Park Es Trenc-Salobrar de
Campos and has access to the unspoilt beach of Es Trenc, one of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca. The
access to the beach is via a private road that crosses the property's fields and the forest of the property. The estate consists of five independent lodgings, with a total of 12 double bedrooms, so it can accommodate a maximum of 24 people. Each house has air air conditioning in the bedrooms, equipped kitchen and between 1 and 3 bathrooms. The property has
a swimming pool and a lodge two minutes from the beach, where you can relax, use the bathroom and shower and the minibar.
The finca is a very quiet place, ideal for family gatherings or for those who are looking to disconnect from the

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
