The exteriors of this beautiful and rustic village house are ideal for a pleasant holiday. They offer a beautiful private chlorine pool, 4.5 x 3 m and 1.4 m deep, 4 sun loungers to enjoy the sun, outdoor shower, a porch with barbecue and a cozy porch to enjoy those delicious recipes on the grill.
It is a two-storey house. Upon entering, a large hall leads you to the dining room, with a traditional dining table for 6 dinner guests and direct access to the pool. Immediately after, there is the kitchen, equipped with gas hob, oven and a dining table, in case you would rather eat there. This floor is completed with a bathroom with bathtub and a dormitory with double bed. Going upstairs, there you have the living room with satellite TV, CD and DVD player and air conditioning. Likewise, there is another bathroom with both separate shower and bathtub and another two bedrooms with air conditioning and wardrobe, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. There is availability for a cot and a high chair as well as two radiators. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board are in one of the bathrooms.
In Campos you will find all the necessary facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars and much more. Furthermore, everything is accessible on feet, since you are inside the town. On Thursdays there is a large fruit and vegetable street market and, on Saturdays, there is a market with all kinds of products through all the downtown streets. The nearest beach is at only 11.2 km away, Ses Covetes, although there are many others that are also worth visiting like Es Trenc or Colonia de Sant Jordi.
The chimney and the wooden heater cannot be used. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
