The exterior area of this villa is surrounded by pure nature, becoming the perfect place dor dome relaxing days. It includes a fantastic private chlorine pool that sizes 9 x 5 metres and has a water depth that goes from 0.7 to 2.1 metres. You will find 4 sunloungers around to bask in the sun. Some steps down you find a great porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. You will also have a tennis table to spend an entertained evening. The property is fenced and you will have total privacy.
The two storey house welcomes you in a beautiful living room which is equipped with a TV-sat and a CD player and it's open to the dining kitchen where you can cook your best recipes on the gas cooktop and then organise a good banquet. The laundry offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A bathroom with a bathtub completes this main floor. On the first floor, you will find another bathroom with a bath and the three bedrooms, the three of them with a fan and closet. One features a double bed, another has twin beds and the last one presents a single bed. A baby cot and a high-chair also are available.
This villa is located only 2.2 km away from Campanet, a beautiful toen at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. The village centre offers all you need for an independent stay like bars, restaurants, grocery shop and more. In addition, this is a good starting point for excursions or to go to the beach. The nearest one is the one Puerto de Alcudia, about 22 km away. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 4 cars.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
