The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Here you will find a private chlorine pool, measuring 10x4.5m and with a depth of between 0.4m and 1.4m, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Next to it, there are sun loungers on which to relax while sunbathing or directly on the well-kept lawn. There is also a sofa area where you can have breakfast or extend your evening with your companions, and a table where you can sit together to enjoy delicious barbecues. To complete the exteriors, there is a full bathroom with shower.
The modern interior of the two-storey house offers everything you need for your relaxation. The living room is equipped with A/C and Smart TV, ideal for watching movies in the evenings. In the fully equipped induction cooker you will be able to prepare delicious dishes. It has a dining area where you can eat together. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, you will find 6 bedrooms, all of them with air conditioning. On the ground floor there are four of them: two with double beds and en suite bathroom with shower, and another two with double beds. On the same floor there is another bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are the rest of the bedrooms, both with double beds, en suite bathroom with shower and access to a pleasant furnished terrace. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
The urbanization of Palmanyola is located between the Tramuntana mountains and Palma. So, on the one hand, you can go hiking, cycling, and hiking in the mountains, visit the picturesque villages of Sóller, Valldemossa, and Deià and, on the other hand, enjoy the great variety of culture and leisure offered by the island's capital, famous for its cathedral, the Bellver Castle, the beautiful old town and its numerous museums and art galleries, as well as its wide range of restaurants with national and international gastronomy. As for the beaches, we especially invite you to visit the southern beaches such as Can Pere Antoni, and Can Pastilla, or to explore the small coves of the Tramuntana such as Sant Elm, Cala Estellencs, and Cala Deià.
