On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room where you can unwind and stream your favorite shows via Netflix or other apps (note: there is no satellite TV). The living room connects directly to the dining area and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. A double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower are also located on the ground floor, along with underfloor heating for colder winter days.

Upstairs, you’ll find additional double bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, as well as another bathroom with a shower. Located just a 20-minute drive from the stunning Alcudia Beach, known for its crystal-clear waters and long stretches of white sand, Son Paulo offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. Please note that the gardener may need to enter through the house for pool and garden maintenance during your stay, and appointments can be arranged to ensure minimal disruption. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
