The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a set of garden furniture, three air conditioners, a garden, a swimming pool and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two showers and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

The sunny terrace is the perfect setting to enjoy a refreshing swim in the chlorine pool while contemplating an amazing landscape. The mountains and the green fields will amaze all the senses. The pool, with measures of 8 m x 4 m and 0.4 to 1.5 m deep, is wrapped between a well-kept lawn and a beautiful Mallorcan stone on which you can place four hammocks and lie in the sun. Behind this area, an absolutely charming small porch invites you to sit down and enjoy a drink. The upper terrace is a privileged corner to read or chat after a delicious family barbecue.

The house has three floors. When entering to the property from the street, you find a large living room with satellite television. This opens after a large Mallorcan-style arch to the kitchen-dining room, equipped with ceramic hob, industrial appliances, air conditioning and access to the terrace. Then you find a bathroom with shower. Going up the stairs, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe and Air conditioning, one of them has two single beds and the rest have double beds. There is a cot and a high chair at your disposal in case of needed, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the -1 floor, where the pool is located, you have a game room and a dining space with a fridge and a sink, which gives a feeling of being in lovely small caves.

Búger is a small and very cozy town, located about 15 km from the Port of Alcúdia, where you can find a great beach and all sort of services such as restaurants in the marina, bars, ice cream shops, shops and much more. It is the perfect place to enjoy a day among crystal clear waters and fine sand. However, in Búger you can find some basic services.
For sports lovers, on the beaches of the area you can practice several water sports or visit the Alcanada golf club. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.

All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
