Communal living is centred around a spacious living-dining room, flooded with natural light, overlooking the pool terrace and equipped with satellite TV and WiFi internet. The ultra-modern, American-designed kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs.

Outside is an oasis of tranquillity and recreation. Enjoy a shaded seating area, a chill-out sofa for relaxing and a private 10m x 5m swimming pool, all set in a beautifully manicured garden. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
