For beach lovers, options include natural beaches like Son Serra de Marina and Cala Torta, or more urban options such as Can Picafort and Son Moll. The area is also a hiker's and cyclist's paradise, with the Llevant natural park offering many scenic routes.

The apartment features contemporary design and is ideal for couples, small families, or friends. It has 2 cozy air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with 2 single beds. A mezzanine above the living room offers an additional double bed. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
