General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with a twin trundle and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a set of garden furniture, three air conditioners, a garden, a swimming pool and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

Enjoy a lazy afternoon basking in the sun on one of the four loungers, accommpanied by beautiful mountain views. The 7m x 3m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.7m to 2m is private. Next to the pool there's a terrace which is perfect for a small breakfast. However, the porch is a nice spot for a barbecue with your family. Besides, there's an exterior shower. Children will enjoy the garden with 60m2-sized lawn area. The plot si fenced and there are direct neighbors.

Indoors, a air conditioned living-dining room with satellite-TV (only German and Spanish channels) is open to a small kitchen equipped with vitro hob, oven and cooking utensils. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You can choose between three air conditioned bedrooms, two with double bed and one with a trundle bed. The latter has also a desk. The house has one bathroom with a shower. A cot and a high chair are available upon request.

Located in the Nort-East of Mallorca, Betlem is a quiet and small urbanisation. The house is 400 meters from the sea and the rocky beach. By car you can explore more beaches (rocky and sandy) lik Ca Na Clara, Caló des Ermitans or Caló des Parral in Colonia de Sant Pere. As Betlem is a quiet and small town, for shops or restaurants you have to go to Colonia de Sant Pere (about 4 km away). Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden.

All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
