General

The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a swimming pool, a garden, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture and a table tennis table. You can park your car on two parking lots. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, three showers and three toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven and a coffee maker.

The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and its garden with fruit trees. You will find a private salt swimming pool, with dimensions of 8 x 4m and a depth range of between 0.90 and 1.80m, which will be perfect for cooling off. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can sunbathe or relax and a porch where you can prepare a delicious barbecue to enjoy with your companions. There is also a seating area and a table where you can eat or have a drink on summer evenings. There is a ping pong table and a wooden house ideal for the little ones. The property is fenced and you will be able to enjoy total privacy.

Distributed all on the same floor, the interior is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. You will find a living room with satellite TV and Smart TV equipped with AC that leads to the induction kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. You will be able to enjoy your meals at the dining table in the kitchen, as well as to extend your evenings. The house has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, there are three bedrooms. Two with double bed and fan and the third with two single beds and en suite bathroom with shower. In the house there are two more bathrooms with shower, one of them is outside the house. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.

Artá has a small pedestrian area where you can do all the shopping for your daily needs. On Tuesdays there is a weekly farmers' market in the centre of the village. You will find local culinary specialities as well as Mallorcan handicrafts. The nearest beaches are Cala Ratjada, Canyamel, Cala Bona, Costa de los Pinos and the bay of Cala Millor. In Cala Ratjada you can enjoy the local nightlife, take a stroll along the harbour promenade or stop somewhere for a delicious meal. In Son Servera, also nearby, you can find supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, as well as the Son Servera Golf Course and Golf Club. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 4 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
