General

The holiday home for 8 persons has five bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a garden, a balcony or terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool, four air conditioners and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with four bidets, five washbasins, five toilets, two showers and two baths.

This impressive house features idyllic exteriors, where the protagonist is the wonderful chlorine pool, 10 x 5 m and a depth of 1.6 to 1.8 m. It is surrounded half by lawn and half by a fantastic terrace with 8 sun loungers and a wooden structure, under which you can have breakfast or prepare delicious barbecues. At the other side of the house, there is a large terrace to take an appetiser in calm as well.

It is a three-storey house, where a spectacular and modern kitchen-living-dining room welcomes you, apart from being the ideal room where taste your best dishes prepared on the ceramic hob and rest watching TV-SAT. There is A/C in this stay and in the four bedrooms of the house. On this floor, there is a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor, there are two single beds and another double bed, both of them with en-suite bathroom with shower. And, on the 2nd floor, there you will find a bathroom with bathtub and the last dormitory with two twin beds. Likewise, the house provides you with a toilet on the ground floor, as well as washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, apart from a cot and a high chair.

The location is simply perfect since you have everything you may need during your holiday: beach at only 800 meters, the village and its services are basically located leaving the house and much more. S’Estanyol is a beautiful urbanisation belonging to Colònia de Sant Pere situated next to it, which characterized by being an old fishing town that even nowadays it conserves that tradition. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
