This beautiful stone house is located just 1 km from Ariany in a very quiet area.

Here you are far away from mass tourism and can find the peace and relaxation you need for your well-deserved vacation.

The country house offers 120 square meters of living space in three lovingly furnished bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other two each have two single beds. Both bathrooms have a shower and toilet. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The cozy and bright living room invites you to relax. Satellite/cable TV and internet/Wi-Fi (fiber optic) are also available for your well-deserved vacation. A fireplace is provided for cold winter days. The bedrooms and dining area are equipped with air conditioning.

The perfectly maintained outdoor area is simply fantastic. The lovingly furnished relaxation and seating areas offer views and unforgettable moments during your well-deserved vacation. There is a large outdoor barbecue area and plenty of space for enjoyable group barbecues.

The large swimming pool (9x4m) is integrated into the terrace, and comfortable sun loungers are provided. A ping-pong table is also available.

IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are conducted via instant messaging outside of the platform.

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday apartments must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not collect this tax; in this case, you will receive a separate message regarding payment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
