Puerto de Andratx is in the Southwest of Mallorca and has supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a nice sea promenade. The next sand beach is in Sant Elm, 7 km from the house and already situated in the Sierra de Trmauntana. If you fancy doing some sports, nearby there are two golf courses: Andratx and Santa Ponça; besides the area is good for hiking and cycling. Visit the entertainment parks Katmandu in Magaluf and Western park and enjoy a day with your family! Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
