General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with seven heaters. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden and a swimming pool and there are four air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, a bath, two showers and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a stove, a microwave and an oven.

The outdoor area of this two-story house is undoubtedly the favorite spot for our guests. You can relax in the private chlorine pool, which measures 3x3m and has a constant depth of 1.50m. On the terrace, you’ll find a barbecue, perfect for preparing meals outdoors and sharing unforgettable moments with family or friends.

Inside, the house is designed to offer maximum comfort. The induction kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, ideal for preparing delicious meals. The bright living and dining area provides a cozy space with a Smart TV and a fireplace, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying pleasant evenings. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On this same floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor, there are three more bedrooms, all with double beds and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A third bathroom with a shower completes this floor. If you’re traveling with a baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair.

For nature lovers, a visit to Sa Dragonera, a small protected island and natural park, is an excellent option for boat trips and wildlife observation. If you prefer to enjoy the beach, don't miss nearby coves like Cala Llamp or Cala Moragues, perfect for soaking up the sun and sea in a more private setting. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
