The terrace under the vineyard is perfect for a drink at sunset and, next to it the porch where you can taste a delicious barbecue admiring the wonderful views of the fields. You can also enjoy the sun on the sun loungers and the wonderful starry sky on the top terrace. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The house consists of a single floor with a rustic and cozy atmosphere. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, TV, AC, and a wood stove and another pellet stove for colder days. Next is the dining room where you can enjoy delicious dishes cooked in the gas kitchen of the modern kitchen. The laundry room is independent and has a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. In the house, there are two bedrooms with a wardrobe and a fan, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the accommodation.

The property is located on the outskirts of Algaida, a small town in the centre of the island that will allow you to learn about its traditions while offering all the necessary services for an independent stay. You can visit the area of Randa and the Santuari de Cura. If you like golf, the Son Gual course is 11.4 km away. If you want to go to the beach, you have infinite possibilities: you can go to el Arenal, also to the natural beach of Es Trenc or Sa Ràpita. A car is necessary to move around. The highway is nearby, so you can reach many beautiful spots on the island. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 6 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
