Savor the true essence of the countryside in the exterior of this beautiful rustic villa. The furnished terrace and the private chlorine pool are the real protagonists. The pool has a size of 6 x 3 m and a depth of 1 to 1.5 m. Enjoy a breakfast, a few rays of sun on the 4 sun loungers, a refreshing bath and a delicious barbecue.

When entering to the house, there is a mild stay that combines the living room, - with TV-SAT, air conditioning and a decorative wood stove -, with the dining room and the kitchen, equipped with an induction cooktop. Immediately after, there is a corridor that gives you access to the two bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, ceiling fan and an exit to the terrace. There are a cot and a high chair available. The bathroom of the house has a shower. The laundry provides our guests with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The property is located at 4.6 km from the center of Algaida, a beautiful inland village with the basic services for your stay and an extensive range of gastronomy. By being centrally located on the island, it has easy and quick access in any direction. The nearest beach is Ca’n Pastilla, at 16.1 km, although you can go all over the coast and visit nice coves and dreamy beaches such as Es Trenc. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 2 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
