The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden, four air conditioners and a swimming pool. This wonderful villa offers spectacular exteriors. The green garden, the countryside and the mountains surround the house and a beautiful private salt swimming pool. The pool measures 9.4 x 4.2m and has a depth of 1 to 1.7m. Around the pool there are 8 sun loungers for sunbathing, an outdoor breakfast area and a porch to enjoy a barbecue. In addition, the main porch invites you to relax on the outdoor sofa or to dine in the evening. For the little ones, there is a playground in the garden for them to enjoy playing outdoors.

The house has two levels, the ground floor and the -1 floor. On the main floor there is a spacious living room, with TV-SAT, opened to the dining kitchen, equipped with a gas cooktop. On each floor there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. All bedrooms have a closet. There is a cot and a high chair. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower on the main floor and the other with a bathtub on the -1 floor. There is air conditioning in all rooms of the house. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The property is located on the outskirts of Alcúdia, just 1.1 km from the town centre. In Alcúdia you will find services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcúdia, just 2.3 km away. Alcanada Golf Course is 5.5 km away.

AC and central heating are for free from 12:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 5:00 am. If you wish to use it 24 hours a day, you have to pay an extra fee.
The hours of the exterior lights are from 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. The pool cascade hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 5 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
