This wonderful finca accommodates a simple but really beautiful garden, where the greenery of the trees and the lawn is the perfect company to enjoy the feeling of peace you are looking for your stay. Nevertheless, the true protagonist is the superb water salt pool -surrounded by 4 sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower-, where you will enjoy the fantastic weather of the island. The pool sizes 9 x 4 metres and it has a water depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.9 metres. After a perfect morning swimming in the pool, the great porch invites to prepare a delicious barbecue and, afterwards, a glass of wine while relaxing in the swinging sofa and admiring the landscape of fields full of fruit trees.

The building highlights thanks to the solar panels and the Mallorcan details like the natural stone walls, both outside and inside. When you enter, a great room featuring a fireplace welcomes you, and it combines both the living room and the dining -kitchen area, so you can be all together and don't miss a beat. You can cook on the gas stove while the others set the table, enjoy an appetiser or listen to your favourite CDs. However, the best of all is that you can cook some pop-corns and watch the satellite TV. The laundry room offers an ironing board, an iron and a washing machine. There are two rooms with a closet each, one with a double bed and space for a cot and a high chair, and the other with two twin beds. Finally, the only bathroom of the house has a shower and there are two fans available for the hottest days.

The location of the property is perfect since it is placed in the centre of the island and it has easy access to all points. You can head to any direction by car and reach it in a reasonable amount of time, like the paradisaical beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia, Playa de Muro, Can Picafort or Cala Sant Vicenç, with crystalline water and white sand. If you feel like knowing the local habits and people, Búger offers supermarkets, bars, restaurants and more, as well as other nearby towns. Specially, we recommend you visit the lovely villages of Pollensa and Alcúdia. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 2 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
