General

The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with three air conditioners, a swimming pool and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two toilets, a bidet and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker and an oven.

Outside you can enjoy a dip in the 3 x 2 metre high chlorine pool with a depth of 0.9 metres. It is located in a very well used patio where you can sunbathe on one of the 4 sun loungers, eat at the table that is available for this purpose or have a vermouth in the rest area next to the barbecue, where you can cook juicy meats and vegetables. From here you can access the upper terrace, which also has sun loungers and a table area with high stools from where you can contemplate the bay of Pollensa. The house is located in an area with direct neighbours.

In the interior we find a simple and traditional style with spacious and luminous rooms that will make you feel at home. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs where you can watch satellite TV while you cool off with the air conditioning or warm up by the wood cooker on the coldest days. Next to them is the dining table with seating for 6 people. The large independent kitchen is gas-fired, fully equipped and has a table and chairs for morning breakfasts. The house has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and the last one with a bunk bed. All three have wardrobes and air conditioning. There is a bathroom with shower to service the whole house. Outside you will find another bathroom with shower. The house has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Finally, if you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a highchair are at your disposal.

The house is located near the village of Alcudia and on the second line of the sea. The area is ideal for water sports: kite surfing, paddle surfing, wind surfing,... and the Marina beach is ideal for families and children. In Alcudia you will find all the services for an independent stay, as well as restaurants and shops. You can visit the walls that surround the town, and the weekly market on Tuesdays and Sundays. You can also visit the Ermita de la Victoria from where you can enjoy spectacular views or go to the port of Pollensa where you can stroll along the promenade or have a cocktail at sunset on one of the many terraces. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
