The separate kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The house includes 4 bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, another with two single beds, a third with a single bed, and a fourth bedroom that shares a separate bathroom with a shower. The house is fully air-conditioned and features all modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine, ensuring a convenient and relaxing stay.

Please note that electricity is charged according to consumption at 0.25 euros per kWh, and a deposit of 100 euros per week is required. Local tax and the deposit must be paid upon arrival in cash. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
