From the terrace of the apartment you can admire the beauty of the Mediterranean Sea, feel its breeze and relax while sunbathing on the sunbeds on the terrace. In addition, the terrace offers a lovely dining space with outdoor lighting, where you can enjoy dinner overlooking the sea in the evening.

The interior is newly renovated and beautifully designed with the latest modern furniture including a sofa bed and TV. The kitchen overlooks the living room with AC, where you can sit with a coffee in the morning enjoying the beautiful bay views. The apartment has an over and ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine. At the back of the apartment overlooking the gardens are two bedrooms with AC, one double room and one room with bunk beds. There is a good size bathroom with bathtub and shower, also newly renovated and modernised. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, coffee maker and we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The location of the apartment is perfect to enjoy the best sun and beach vacations. Alcúdia beach stretches for several kilometres of silky sand where you can not only sunbathe and swim in the warm waters, but also take a walk, enjoy different water sports, taste a delicious meal at a beach bar on the sand, etc. The area offers all the services for an independent stay. In addition, there are beautiful nearby places worth a visit such as the old town of Alcúdia, Port de Pollença or Can Picafort. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
