The badroom is equipped with two showers and a hairdryer.

Inside, the house features a bright living and dining area, where a large sofa invites you to relax while enjoying direct views of the sea through expansive windows. The living room opens to a furnished terrace, ideal for sipping coffee and watching the sunrise. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring everything you need for a convenient stay. The house has three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, while the other two have two single beds each. There is also a second independent bathroom with a shower. All rooms are air-conditioned and offer Wi-Fi for your comfort.

For those seeking outdoor adventure, the Bay of Pollensa is an excellent spot for water sports such as kitesurfing, with a school just a short walk away. The house is only a few metres from the stone-walled Old Town of Alcudia, where you can explore the famous weekly market on Tuesdays and Sundays.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
