You can enjoy the perfect sun and beach holidays in this wonderful apartment. Access to the beach from the terrace is just a few steps away. The large terrace communicates with the well-kept community garden and has everything you may need to enjoy the good weather on the island: two sun loungers for sunbathing and a comfortable table with chairs where you can enjoy a copious breakfast in the morning or a drink at sunset while contemplating the sand and the sea.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and offers everything you might need for a comfortable vacation. From the terrace we access a 2 levelled space with AC: the living room (with satellite TV) on the terrace level and the dining room and kitchen (with an American bar and electric stove) a few steps up. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with AC, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with shower in the apartment and in the corridor area one more bed, also at your disposal. There is a cot and high chair available as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The location of the apartment is unbeatable, located in front of one of the best beaches on the island, Puerto de Alcúdia. You will also find all the necessary services for an independent stay around, such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. After a short and beautiful walk along the beach, you will arrive at Puerto de Alcúdia where you will find countless shops and souvenirs. If you are a golf lover, you cannot miss the wonderful course of Alcanada, with incomparable views of the sea. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
