General

The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with ten single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture, a garden, a porch, a barbecue, a bicycle parking and a table tennis table and there are four terraces and five air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a bath with shower, three washbasins, two baths, three bidets and three toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there are two cots and two high chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, two ovens, a coffee maker (espresso machine) and a microwave.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
