This home is on the first floor in the most charming urbanization. There is a communal swimming pool for taking refreshing dips and direct access to the sandy beach. This place is ideal for a family vacation.
The apartment is only a few meters from the beach and is also close to a water park, supermarkets, restaurants, bicycle rental, 24 h taxis, etc..., it is also close to the towns of Villaricos and Palomares, where you can go hiking and do different sports. Only 10 km away are Garrucha and Mojacar, where you can enjoy good restaurants and trendy bars, day and nightlife within reach of everyone!
The home has all kinds of comforts and details, air conditioning in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room. It also includes free Wi-Fi throughout the flat and a nice little terrace with outdoor furniture for sunbathing and even dining during the cool summer evenings thanks to the sea breeze. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
