Detailed information
This house is located in a very quiet place with views to the Natural Park of Los Alcornocales, it takes the name of El Mirador de Mulera, as it is in front of the estate called Mulera. The characteristics that make this house different are the tranquillity that you can feel in the atmosphere, the pure air that you breathe and its swimming pool where you can sunbathe from very early in the morning until late in the afternoon, so you can enjoy the sun in the solarium with peace and quiet and in good company.
It has a capacity for 6 people, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with two bunk beds of 90 cm, plus bathroom with shower, in the living room we can find a large fireplace as well as a television and dining table with 6 chairs, also the living room is equipped with sofa. The kitchen (recently renovated) can be found on one side of the living room and is equipped with all appliances and utensils necessary for the number of people occupying the accommodation. As it is a house located in the middle of the countryside, the water is not drinkable, so the owner will have a bottle of natural water ready for the first day.
On the outside of the Mirador de Mulera there is a covered terrace with a dining table and chairs for the comfort of our guests, in the same place we can find a large charcoal barbecue, oven and sink. In the other part of the plot is the swimming pool equipped with sunbeds and sunshades, as well as a small lawn area, all for the exclusive use of our guests and fenced.
The access to the Mirador de Mulera is up a fully asphalted concrete lane, on a small slope upwards, on the right hand side we find a large gate that gives access to the plot, where you can park up to 4 vehicles.
It is very normal in the silence to hear the different animals of the Natural Park of Los Alcornocales, that makes this charming rural house will impress you and make you come back to spend a few days of holidays in it.
The house is situated in the area called Cerro Mulera, only a few minutes from Ubrique, from here you can see the following places
From here you can see the Hurones reservoir, the Castle of Fatima (formerly called Cardela) and the Natural Park of Los Alcornocales with the possibility of seeing and hearing the fauna that will impress you. From there you can visit all the villages of the Sierra de Cádiz and get to know one of the most beautiful corners of Spain.
The town of Ubrique, world famous for its leather goods, is very close to the town, where you can find a town with the air of a city, but without losing its village life. You can also meet its charming people, its fiestas and visit the different places in the town such as the ethnological museum located in the Church of San Juan de Letrán, the leather museum located in the Convent of Capuchinos, and of course, visit the different leather goods shops.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
