Located in a charming village surrounded by nature, the property has large windows from which you can enjoy wonderful views of the nearby mountains and, in addition, the rooms are very bright. Due to its location in a building, there are direct neighbours.

Located on the first floor of a building with a lift, the interior of the property is decorated with serene tones that invite you to relax and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. In it, you will find a living-dining room with AC and Smart TV that is open to the kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. When it's time to sleep, there is a bedroom with a double bed and AC. One more person can rest on the sofa bed in the living room. A bathroom with bathtub completes the property.

This flat is located in Torrox, a charming Malaga village situated very close to the Mediterranean with beautiful beaches and a warm and sunny climate. One of the most outstanding things to do in Torrox is to enjoy its fine sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. Alternatively, we encourage you to take a stroll through the picturesque old town, with its narrow cobbled streets, flowery white houses and a beautiful church. If you feel like it, you can take advantage of the walk to visit the Mirador de las Sietes Palmas, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains, or to take a guided tour of the medieval castle of Torrox. Finally, you can also stop off at a good restaurant to sample the delicious local gastronomy in one of the many bars and restaurants offering typical dishes of the region. In short, Torrox is a perfect place to relax, enjoy the sun, the beach and good food, as well as to explore the rich history and culture of the Andalusian region.

Although the house does not have private parking, there is a free public car park nearby.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
