Outside this beautiful property you will find a shared chlorine pool with dimensions of 12mx4.4m and a depth range between 1m and 2m. You can relax sunbathing in the large garden or if you prefer you can go to the beach which is just a few steps away. In the apartment you can also relax on the balcony while enjoying the sea views with your companions. Please note that as this is an apartment, privacy is partial as there are neighbours nearby.
Inside there is a spacious living room open to the dining room with AC and Smart TV. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, you will be able to use the fantastic bedroom with double bed equipped with AC and TV, and up to two more people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. A bathroom with shower completes the stay. The washing machine, iron and ironing board can be used whenever you wish. Please note that there is no crib or high chair available.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
