From the house you can see the cities of Ubeda and Baeza World Heritage (half an hour) and Granada (an hour) Sierra Mágina.

The holiday home is surrounded by an exclusive garden of 1000 square meters with an ideal microclimate with more than a hundred interesting botanical species. There are also fountains, a small Japanese garden, a covered veranda next to the pool and beautiful corners that invite you to meditate and relax in front of a beautiful waterfall with an original pool lined with stone. In the area there are orchards, cherry trees and steep mountains.

Around the veranda are the bedrooms and the kitchen-dining room, each with its own bathroom.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
