This beautiful apartment is located on the second floor of a classic building with an elevator. The wonderful patio from which the apartment is accessed features an incredible vaulted ceiling that fills the homes with brightness.

Inside, the living room is equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV, while the dining area open to the living room provides a cosy space to enjoy meals together. The small kitchen, with ceramic hob, has the basic equipment for preparing delicious homemade meals, and the separate laundry room offers a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for added convenience. The accommodation has two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and closets. One of the bedrooms has twin beds and the other has a double bed. Additionally, there is a full bathroom with shower.

The apartment is located in an exceptional area of Sanlúcar, just 1 km from the beach and near the Santiago Castle. Sanlúcar de Barrameda, on the Atlantic coast of Andalusia, is a charming destination with a beach of singular beauty. Known for its fine golden sand, the Sanlúcar beach invites long walks along the sea and refreshing swims in its crystal-clear waters. The tranquil atmosphere and sea breeze create the perfect setting to enjoy the local cuisine, famous for its fresh seafood and Jerez wines.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
