General

The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a heater. In addition there is an air conditioner. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stove, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a microwave.

It is a cozy accommodation in a country house surrounded by olive groves in the heart of Andalusia, near the town of Rute. It is 1 hour's drive from Malaga airport.

The decoration is in a traditional Andalusian style with exposed beams, hydraulic floors and rustic Andalusian tiles.
The apartment has stunning views of the mountains, the Sierras Subbéticas and one of the largest lakes in Andalusia, the Iznájar Reservoir.
And on the ground floor, the living room has a sofa and a cozy corner with a fireplace and TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, mixer, refrigerator, etc. On the first floor is the master bedroom with bathroom and terrace with hydromassage.
The latter can be ordered regardless of the house.
You can also book the use of a Jacuzzi with the owner (min. 24 hours before arrival!) and it will be set to the correct temperature. (The minimum use of the Jacuzzi is 2 nights and it works from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.)
The service is complemented with bathrobes.

You can also use the shared pool (not heated).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
