The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather. In addition there is a fitness equipment, a terrace, a swimming pool and a roof terrace and there are two air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot (public). The badroom is equipped with two showers, a hairdryer, a bath with shower, three toilets and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a garage, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

To safeguard our property and the well-being of our guests, individuals under 26 years of age may be subject to additional verification to clarify the intent of their stay. To ensure the security of all involved, we'll need a photo ID from you, and we'll ask you to agree to some additional terms and conditions. Please note, provisional driving licenses are not accepted as valid ID. We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
