Private steps down through the gardens that lead to the beach, shops, restaurants, cafes, , watersports, supermarket. Bus stop to Nerja town centre (2km) or 20 minutes lovely walk. There is a beautiful 5-minute walk from the flat down through the gardens to the beach. Please be advised that the walk involves many steps which may not suit those with baby buggies, walking aids, or mobility issues. There is an elevator however from the flat to the street above where you can park for free, from there you can easily drive to the beachfront and park. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
