This Villa is about 450 meters from the Beach, in Playa Granada, Motril and very close to Restaurants, Beach Bars and Leisure areas.
There is a fireplace in the living room where you can relax and unwind. Close the day in the hanging terrace with a drink of your choice. Enjoy the refreshing dip in the private swimming pool or spend relaxing time in the furnished garden. The heating and air conditioning are in place to keep the house warm and cool respectively. You can keep the cars in the garage. The house has six hammocks for relaxation. There are all the amenities to make your days of rest an unforgettable experience!

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
