Fantastic penthouse flat in the first line of the most beautiful beach and the Paseo Mediterraneo of Mojácar. 28 square metres of terrace offer an incomparable panoramic view over the sea and the entire picturesque coast with the mountains of the Sierra Cabrera.
2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms "en suite", kitchen and living-dining room offer all the comfort you could wish for. The flat is called SOLYSOMBRA, meaning sun and shade, because you can feel incomparably comfortable both inside and outside on the terrace shaded by awnings. I have already described the marvellous view over the beach and the sea, you walk down to the street, cross it and you are on the finest sandy beach. The urbanisation BAJO DEL BANCAL is quiet, the nearest chiringuito is Tito's, one of the oldest or even the oldest in Mojácar-Playa, but it is far enough away not to disturb you, but you are still within walking distance.

Due to the size of the 2nd bedroom, the flat is only partially suitable for 2 couples. It is ideal for a family with 1 - 2 children.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
