Located in the picturesque coastal town of Mojácar, this charming holiday flat situated in a quiet urbanisation close to the beach, has a communal chlorine swimming pool in the centre of a communal garden with a well-kept lawn in which to relax under the umbrellas provided by the community. The pool measures 12x6 meters and has a depth of 1 to 2.5 meters. From the flat itself, we can enjoy views of the Mediterranean Sea from the furnished terrace, ideal to spend a pleasant afternoon.

The cosy flat is distributed on one floor and has a living-dining room from which you can relax and enjoy the sea views or watch the TV, equipped with Smart TV, which is in the living room. It has a table with four chairs to enjoy meals with your companions, as well as air conditioning to cool the room. It has a ceramic hob open to the living-dining room where you can make use of your cooking utensils in total comfort, along with a high chair if you are travelling with children. When it comes to sleeping, there is a master bedroom equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and a second bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning to make your stay more comfortable. In addition, the flat has another bathroom equipped with a shower. For guests' convenience, there is a washing machine as well as an iron and ironing board.

With a privileged location, the flat is within walking distance of the beautiful beach of La Mena, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The long beach has a promenade where you can take long walks with the sea at your side. The town of Mojacar has a picturesque village where you can sample the varied Spanish gastronomy thanks to the various bars and restaurants that the village has to offer. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
