You will enjoy pure luxury in the ***** star level PENTHOUSE/MAISONETTE in the best urbanisation of Mojácar-Playa - central yet quiet location - for 2 to 6 persons with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, great kitchen and a very spacious living-dining area: living area 125 m2 plus 3 terraces and a private roof terrace, all with pergolas and awnings to enjoy sun and shade. There is no lack of comfortable furniture either inside or outside. Private storage room, 2 parking spaces in the garage and only 150 metres to the beach promenade. You have everything you need to feel at home or in the immediate vicinity.
As the name penthouse/maisonette suggests, this is a two-storey flat located on the 3rd and 4th floors, which also has a huge roof terrace of approx. 50 sq m. The total living space is 125 sq m and is divided as follows: 3rd floor entrance, spacious living/dining room with large sliding door entrance to the kitchen, which is furnished in a U-shape and lacks nothing. Built-in oven and microwave, induction hob, extractor bonnet, oversized fridge-freezer, built-in washing machine and dishwasher, sink in front of the window, base and wall units, some with telescopic drawers, carousel cupboards in the corners, etc. There is also a coffee and espresso machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, hand blender and all cookware, cutlery, plates, glasses, etc.
If you don't want to eat on the terrace in front (33 m²), there is a large dining table with 6 chairs, sideboard with wine/champagne cocktail glasses, a secretary e.g. for your notebook, two leather sofas, an electric stove with marble surround, a 40" flat screen TV with satellite and digital aerial connection, a small stereo system, DVD player, two exits to the terrace with lifting/sliding doors.
The large terrace of approx. 33 square metres is furnished with a dining table with 8 chairs and 2 sun loungers and a spacious pallet seating area. All the patio furniture has matching cushions. There are also 2 horizontal awnings and vertical awnings on three sides, so that you can also sit outside in winter, for example.
One bedroom (approx. 18 square metres) with a large bed (2 x 2 m) with 2 electric slatted frames and fitted wardrobes on two sides. Enough space for hanging wardrobe, drawers and compartments. The bedroom has its own terrace of 17 square metres with 2 sun loungers.
There is also a bathroom with a bathtub with glass splash guard (when showering), washbasin, WC and a window. Also on this floor there is a storage room. Staircase to the 4th floor On the left a bedroom of approx. 18 sqm with a bed system from Interlübke, 2 single beds (each 1 m x 2 m) which can also be put together as desired, on one side a built-in wardrobe, with hanging parts, drawers and shelves as well as a flat screen TV.
On the right is the bedroom with en-suite bathroom, equipped with a French bed. Upholstered bed (1.50 x 1.90 m), a secretary and a dressing room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with sliding elements, washbasin and WC, marble shelf and window. Both bedrooms have access to the spacious terrace, which also has an awning. There is also a rattan seating area and 2 sun loungers. From here you can look out over the sea and the coast to the south as far as the Torre Pirulico (an old Moorish watchtower). From this terrace you can take the stairs up to the roof terrace with its marvellous panoramic views.
All terraces are south-facing. Windows and sliding elements have electrically operated shutters, each floor has its own central air conditioning system. Shower/towels, tea towels and bed linen are provided. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.
You can access the flat via the underground car park with the lift directly to the front door. 2 parking spaces are also available in the underground car park if you are travelling with two cars. You can also reach the ground floor of the apartment complex from the street via a small staircase and from there take the lift or stairs to the flat. There is a pool with children's pool for communal use in front of the apartment complex.
Detailed description The two-storey flat is on the 3rd floor of the OASIS DEL MAR II complex, in Mojácar-Playa, almost directly on the beach, but in a quiet side street. The beach promenade and sandy beach are approx. 150 m away on foot, and there are many restaurants, bars, shops and small supermarkets along the Paseo del Mediterráneo (the beach road). The nearest restaurant and supermarket are just 100 metres from the flat.
The OASIS DEL MAR II urbanisation is a reputable residential complex.
Internet via Wifi is available on both floors

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
