Detailed information
Situated in the prestigious Lagos de Santa Maria Golf urbanisation, this flat offers a luxurious and comfortable environment. Outside the complex there is a shared chlorine swimming pool, measuring 23m long and 14m wide, with a depth of between 1m and 2.20m. In addition, a children's pool with a diameter of 6 metres and a constant depth of 0.50m is ideal for the little ones. The lawn area is equipped with sun loungers and parasols, as well as an outdoor shower.
It is located on the second floor with lift. The interior is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find the terrace with an outdoor table and four chairs, as well as a chill-out area with sea views, where you can enjoy pleasant evenings outdoors. Inside, the living-dining room has a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and centralised air conditioning. The independent kitchen, with direct access to the terrace, is vitroceramic and has all the necessary utensils for cooking. It also has a bar and two stools, creating a perfect space for breakfast or a quick meal. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this same floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor there is a second bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Both bedrooms have direct access to the terraces.
Just 10 minutes drive away you will find the beaches and 15 minutes drive to the centre of Marbella which combines luxury, golden beaches and the authentic Andalusian spirit. Las Cañas beach is ideal for relaxing in the sun and the town centre is a cultural treasure trove offering a variety of restaurants with terraces where you can sample the local gastronomy. Not to be missed is Puerto Banús which is the epicentre of luxury. This marina is known for its impressive yachts, designer boutiques and vibrant nightlife. It is ideal for fine dining, a night out or just a stroll.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
