The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. The rural house El Tenguerengue is the barn of the old Andalusian farm El Picachico.

If you look out of the window or sit on the terrace, where you can also have a barbecue, you will have a spectacular view of the forests of the Sierra de Filabres, which surround the whole house.

The house has air conditioning and heating and is accessible for disabled people. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a ceramic hob, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker. In the spacious living room you can sit in front of the fireplace and watch TV or DVD. Firewood will be provided, the first delivery is free of charge. There is also a collection of games, travel guides of the surrounding area and books. A cot and high chair are provided for children. In the bathroom there is a whirlpool bath for two. The house has air conditioning and heating.

In April 2007 it was completely renovated and equipped with all modern comforts. It has warm wooden ceilings and is decorated with flails and other agricultural tools that were used by the Ujaldón Medina family until less than 10 years ago.
