Next to the pool, you'll also find a shower for added convenience. The apartment has a private porch with a table, where you can enjoy your morning coffee with views of the pool, creating the perfect atmosphere to start the day.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and is designed to offer comfort and functionality. Upon entering, you are greeted by the living-dining room equipped with a Smart TV and air conditioning, creating a space to relax after a full day of sightseeing in the area. The modern kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary utensils, is ceramic hob and ideal for cooking your favorite dishes. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, there are three bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed and a large walk-in closet to store all your clothes, the second bedroom has a trundle bed with capacity for two, and the third has a single bed. There are also two bathrooms with showers for your added convenience. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and highchair.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
